1988 Nissan Hardbody 4x4 w/Z24 Swaping to KA24DE Turbo HELP!

I have a 1988 Nissan Hardbody pick up truck that I am swapping the z24 to a KA24DE and I need to know what all I am going to have to change up, and what I might run into. I know I will have to fab the oil pan, but what else will I run into. I have the ECU already and but what will I have to do to the New Wiring Harness for the KA and will I have to do anything with my drivetrain or any of that? If anyone has done this swap and can help me out PLEASE DO!

Can anyone help out? I'm with the OEM stuff but when it comes to swaps I draw a blank. Hopefully someone chimes in. In the meantime check out the Datsun 720 section, I am sure someone in there has swapped out a Z24 or two.
