1988 coil problem need help

my truck has no spark the coil has power to it but when i crank it theres nothing out of both of them,and sometimes when i crank the truck over it won't turn theres a clickin sound coming out of a small blue relay next to the battery is it a bad relay.

there is a starter relay for these trucks..

it is blue and is a double relay..

but it should not stop the spark..

check all your fusibale links...
