The subject pretty well states my problem. I've been from one end of the engine to the other and I can not find the coolant sensor. I've found the temp sensor that works the gauge, I found and replaced the head temp sensor yesterday while changing the timming belt. The ecu indicates a problem with the coolant sensor but I can not find the darn thing. HELP!

the coolant temp sensor is on the intake manifold, it's a one wire spade terminal, on the passanger side, below the plenum between the injectors

and the coolant level sensor is in the bottom of the coolant resivoir

The sensor for the dash is on the right side of the engine's lower intake between fuel injectors feeding cylinders 1 and 3.

The sensor for the ECU is in the front of the left side head, more commonly called the cylinder head temp sensor.

If the ECU is still pulling that code, it's likely the harness is damaged.

This is assuming you cleared the codes before checking them again.
