I just did this. The clutch master and slave tend to air-lock; so you will need to pump lots of fluid through the line to get all of the air out. I used LuK clutch components (amazingly they were on the shelf at my local PepBoys) and Castrol LMA fluid.
I attached a bleeder bottle to the bleed screw on the slave cylinder and pumped the clutch 3 times then topped the reservoir. After bleeding twice there was light pedal but obviously not 100% bled. I repeated two more times and the clutch felt firm and correctly bled.
I also suggest that you replace the hose from the hard line to the slave cylinder; mine was looking like it would fail in a few more years (weathered and cracked). Your local Napa should be able to order it; but be sure and use the LMA or Silicone fluid because their hose is not compatible with Dot 3 petroleum fluids.
