1987 200sx se what will fit in here
pretty much what i'm looking to find is what i can swap into a 1987 200sx SE . i would like to know what directly bolts up and what requires some mods and what can be done. I am about to buy a 200sx se 3.0L with 225,XXX miles off a girl from school for 200$ it still runs good deal or not ? thanks ,Gary

VG30E off a Z31, practically the same engine. SR20, CA18 w/ some fabrication.

That's actually a pretty cool chassis for an engine swap!
With enough work... anything will fit.. CA18 to RB26.
What's an easy swap... Most VG motors I would guess.. How about popping into the VG forum and asking there if it's possible to install a VG30dett? That would be a freaking awesome sleeper car!

not much is going to be "bolt in" as far as mounts and all that garbage... just so you know... but as far as swaps go, what they listed is going to be about right...
