Sure could use some advice. I have a bad ECU and the only used parts I can find has a slightly different letter. My unit model number is MECS-G007 E2, also a great big 36 on it and 23710 12G70. What I found so far has all the same exact except the D1 instead of E2 like mine. Any way this could work, or would anybody know where I could get my exact model? Also, I was told mine could not be rebuilt.

Thanks for any help.

Those additional numbers are generally firmware and date codes. If the Nissan p/n is an exact match then it's the right ECM. Only later Nissan ECM's that lack a Nissan p/n have to be identified by JECS/Hitachi number (MECS-G007).
