Does anyone have an 86-87 2wd style grille in good shape (not cracked in any places) they would be willing to sell or trade me for?

This style...

I replaced the one on my 89 from one that I found on ebay. I was going to reuse my old one but for what they were asking for the new on I just couldnt pass up the new. You may want to give it a shot.

The problem lies in the fact that I have a brand new OEM set of amber parking lamps from a 87 HB, still in the Nissan factory boxes, that I want to use...de-chroming the truck. They are a slightly different shape than the later model lamps and will only work with the 86.5-87 2wd or 4wd grille. I have a 4wd grille but I'm not impressed with the way it looked on my truck. I think the 2wd grille will look better, I hope at least. The 86.5-87 2wd grilles are expensive on ebay plus if I can get an OEM I'd much rather paint a faded grille than than worry about fitment on an aftermarket one.

I just saw a black '87 4wd grille on Rockauto for 18 dollars. I'm not sure if it is OEM, the listing says "various manufacturers," but it is notably inexpensive if it is the one you are looking for.

that's the one bundy, just expensive compared to the other versions out there. Hoping used might be friendlier on my wallet.

Sean, I have a 4wd version that fits but I am not a fan of the look.

Oh, I must have read your post wrong. Also, Rockauto does show the 2wd version for 34 dollars (like the one on the red truck pic you posted and the same one on the ebay link that Bundy posted). It is under the 1987>D21>body exterior listing. Not that I am the king of fact searching, just that I remember seeing them about a month ago when I was shopping for parts.

JB weld some sanding and paint and it is good as new if not stronger. best thing about painted one is you can repair and repaint, not so on a chrome one, though you can jb weld the back for strength if you can get the crack to align tight it would be harldy seen.

It is a clean break and would be all but invisible.
I have used Plastix with good results.
It's a 2 part glue for plastic.
It goes by a diff name now but can be found at Lowes and such.
Not sure on shipping and need to find a proper box or inflatable wrap to ship it.

Tell you what... let me see if I can get it ready to ship.
Then I'll just send it to you, please supply address.
After you get it and see shipping costs, then pay me what you want.
