welcome to NICO man, i hope u find everyone here very hlepful and informative, unfortunaltey there arent a lot of Z owners here of that year, it would be a good idea to try ebay for a fsm tho, and also they may have a diagram of your turbo

The FSM will not have a diagram of the turbo. The turbo is one part from Nissan, so it will not show an exploded view of it. If you are looking for more info on it however, it is a standard Garrett T3 turbo. I'm not sure of the trims on the wheels though.

Welcome to NICO. and btw I am working on a T3 right now so I'll have some more info on it a little later. Oh and just a little info the Z31 (84-89) has the VG30E and not the VG30DE so you put this question in the wrong section. buts its ok I guess.

oh and you might also want to check out http://www.z31.com and http://www.300zxclub.com do a search on the first site as it has like 90% of anything you need to know about a z31. post the same question on their forum as well as the people there are VERY quick to responding.
