1986 300zx digital climate controll stopped working.

I have a 1986 300zx. when I got the car everything was working great... than I had a cd player installed and the digital climate control stopped working along with the dome lights inside the car. Any ideas as to what it may be? Thanks!

might have gounded the stereo to the illumination circuit, I've seen taht happen a lot, pull the stereo, cut the ground wire and run the stereo ground directo to the chassis

EXACT same thing happened to me... did you ever fix this? what's the problem guys?
