I have the turbo, cross member, and ECU but I am wondering about injectors. I know the difference in Compression ratio is 1.2 (9 in the non-turbo and 7.8 in the turbo) and from what I have read and researched is that this difference will cause a knock or run hot even if you use the 259cc/min injectors off a turbo model. I was also planning on running an inter cooler as well. So i guess my question is replace the bottom end with something more like a turbo model or maybe get away with injectors bigger than 259cc to prevent knock and just hope the inter cooler can help it out? Thank you! :)

Yes you need the turbo injectors. No you should not have knock issues using an n/a block with an intercooler at stock boost levels. If you want to run larger injectors you'll need nistune, megasquirt or some other means of tuning.

Any advice on where to fit the intercooler?

In front of the radiator. it seems no 2 people do theirs the same. SOme people convert to a vertical radiator and stick the intercooler out front or it. I stood mine up just behind the air inlet in the bumper, vertical flow with both pipes passing between the radiator and the inner fender just below the headlight.
