1985 VG30E oil opinions

Just bought my first Z and was wondering what grade oil anyone recommends for my 1985 VG30e with 150,000 miles for everyday summer driving? thanks.

I run 10w30 in my VG's. The best is what Nissan recommends, which is listed on a sticker under the hood. 10w30 should be one of the recommendations. It mostly depends on location/climate and such but 10w30 is a good choice. I personally use Castrol GTX 10w30 in my turbo Maxima, Z31 Turbo, and very high mileage Z32.
