1985 nisssan 4x4 truck...HELP

I bought this truck and not sure if I got screwed or not...The guy ran 2 stroke gas in it and it runs like crap... Drained all the gas out ran b-12 and 1.5 gallons of gas, changed plugs...Still smokes and chugs really bad...Can not go over 35...Help this thing is killing me... It has the Nap Z

The plugs are probably fouled badly. Try putting some new plugs in it and maybe running some fuel system cleaner through it.

I put all new plugs in and ran some fuel system cleaner in it...Did not help...Blows blue and white smoke...I thought head gasket but there is no back pressure in the radiator and the oil and water are not mixing

Blue and white sounds like there's still oil in it somewhere... Have you had a chance to do a compression check? That would eliminate the possibility of a h/g issue. This truck has a carb, no? You may have to go in there and clean it all out.
