Hey guys I'm pretty new to the Nissan scene, but I know a lot about Hondas. I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction in a decent lowering kit for my hardbody 720 pickup. Its a king cab...

Thanks...

AIM Industries might have something. Your best bet is to go to your local magazine rack and pick up a copy of 'Minitruckin'. They should have something in there that will work for you. (airbags are asure fire way to do it)

Keep in mind though that the 720's never had much by way of aftermarket stuff. Most of those lowered 720's just reduced the tension on the torsion bars or 'clocked' then back a few teeth.

i know that you posted this a while ago, but my friend just lowered his nissan. he turned the rear leafs around, and then bought softer suspension for the front. it worked rather well, lowering it about 3 inches.

Having the rear spring leafs re-arched will lower it as well. I lowered my 720 with blocks and a twist of the T-Bars up front.

I'd suggest finding a set of drop spindles for the front, and lowering blocks for the rear. No sense in cranking down your tbars and killing your ride. Just buy a set of like 3" drop spindles and 4-6" blocks and get an alignment, you'll still be able to tow/haul stuff and your ride quality wont be bouncy as ****.

do you have problems with bad tire wear because of the camber cranking the torsion bar??

I did at the time. My HB is lowered the same way but this time we adjusted for camber. Also helps that I replaced every component on the front suspension of the truck too. On top of that I upgraded to thicker torsion bars. The ride was sporty, till I hit a deer.
