I’m looking at replacing the stock carburetor with a WEBER 32/36 and deleting the vacuum lines because it doesn’t not need to pass emissions. Was wondering if this would interfere with the heating and air conditioning? And if not maybe some one can tell me witch ones I need to keep and were they are located.

You can delete most of them, leaving a few, and it should work just fine. It won't run very smoothly though, but check out the 720 moderator(PEZi720) and I'm sure he can help you out.

the heat is based off of the intake manifold where the water flows... not the vac lines around the carb. the AC is also a separate entity running from the AC compressor to and from the cab.

deleting the actual vac lines around the carb will not hurt either the heat or AC

the only vac line you need, as stated above, is the one to the dizzy for vac advance... all others can be removed and capped. the brake booster i don't personally consider a vac line simply because of its size... nor the PCV.... both of these are on the manifold itself, not the carb

removing them all will help the truck run smoother, and in most cases allow for a bit more performance even on the stock carb, but the gas mileage does suffer a bit

the weber will run better overall, also with slightly lower mileage but is less of a headache in the long run

If there is a vac idle up for the AC then this is needed. Check to see if any vac solenoid is connected to the throttle linkage. This would be the one to keep.
