1985 300zx Horn

One night my z31 sat outside during a rain storm. According to my neighbor, the security system went off for about 30 minutes. I didn't realize my car had a security system, much less that it even worked. Ever since then, my horn doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas? The fuse isn't blown. That much i was able to check.
