I'm kind of new here. We have a '87 5 speed SE Maxima and a '84 5 speed Maxima with a L28 swap done. We put the '84 up for sale cause my son wanted the '87. After the buyer for the '84 on ebay did not follow thru my son decided that he wants the '84 now. I don't blame him. A little more simplicity and rear wheel drive. Anyhow, I'm having trouble finding out the backspacing on the factory 14 inch wheels. I'd also like to know a little more about the motor. It was supposedly out of a 78 280Z car. We were thinking of doing a turbo swap from like a 82-83 if we could find one. Would that really be the same motor but build for boost? I guess it was a sign that it didn't sell. I told my son that the '84 would be a little more unique and more fun to drive.

A friend of mine owns a 87 ford t bird with 14" wheels.
He is having he** getting the tires now-always have to order them
in advance. They don't make as many of them  If he has a blowout he might be stuck
I think you can but some kind of adapters to convert to 15" but
don't really know?
