1984 datsun/nissan 200sx

i have a 1984 datsun/nissan 200sx turbo i am selling and it doesnt run needs timing set and a good tune up but i was wondering what these cars are worth in decent shape does have some rust but there is only one really bad spot on the drivers side rear wheel well...well just someone let me know cuz i have got a few offer but what to know whats too low or if i should just take the best offer i have right now?

forgot does anyone have the plug wire diagram for the 1984 ca18et cap its the one that the post go straight out and not to the sides
