1984 720 electrical isses after new alternator

At idle blinkers are fine. When driving binkers will barely bink and the tach will drop every time blinkers blink. Also the heater wipers slow down while driving. New alternator. Got battery and alternator tested both are good. Sometimes when raining i can here a click from under the dash on passenger sie. Not all of vac lines are hooked up.
