1984 720 4x4 z24, vacuum and front replacement body mount f

Rebuilt the carb . I followed boatman post . It work great . Cap off all vacuum to carb and the intake except brake boost and vacuum advance . It runns at a high idle. . I uncap a port on the intake and the idle goes down. I don't have a vacuum canister at all . And all EPA stuff remove and plug off.
What going on any ideas?
2 where can I get replacement body panels for the front body mount for the cab?
