I have a 1984 turbo and I can not seem to find an adaptor kit for the conversion of the electric controlled shocks to a standard shock. Apparently the KYB kit is no longer in production so what are my options. Would it be as simple as finding a part off of a non turbo to be able to adapt a standard shock?

Give these guys a call if anyone knows how to source those parts it is them. They are not cheap but everything I have ever bought from them was top quality and great service

If you're talking about KIT108A it's been discontinued.

Right probably no easy way anymore to do the conversion. I think some people had to update the front struts to accept the new inserts. I think any rears would work.

I used KIT108A to have the KYB Gas Adjust shocks installed on the rear and it worked great. Their discontinuation has left many Z31 owners scrambling for alternatives. Unfortunately, this car has always been the black sheep for aftermarket parts and it's age doesn't help since parts manufacturers including Nissan stopped making parts long ago.

Not even sure the original poster is watching but out of interest I found one at O'Relly Auto parts of all places

Put in the zip code and select your store. It'll probably tell you it's out of stock for the ship to home option. However, you may be able to special order it from the store.
