I have A 1984 300 na can some one tell me the normal operating temp

most cars opperate between 180 and 200 degrees, generally a pump failure is at the seal and it starts leaking around the pulley

a clogged radiator can cause high temps at speeds ont he interstate but cool on surface roads and idling

anywhere between 1/3 and 1/2 on the gauge.
