I'm looking to replace my sliding rear window for a full back glass. I've just about exhausted all other options; (Salvage yards, Dealers, Glass companies and etc.) The one window that was found (California) turned out to be bad. Any help trying to locate rear glass would be greatly appreciated!

You couldn't even find it at the dealer? That's where I got all of my rear window parts. I'd also imagine finding the right glass shop would work too but if that hasn't worked out for you than I don't really know.

Depending on your budget and what's available in your area, Lexan should be an option. That's what we use on my racecar. You can cut it with a jigsaw and bend it with a propane torch (in a very well-ventilated area).

We got our source sheet from TAP Plastics, which has a dealer in my area, but I imagine there have to be a bunch of different sources in different states. Visually clear and shatter-proof at the right thickness. I imagine it might yellow over time, but so far, so good.

After a month long search i stepped back on the glass and focused on other things for the 720. On april 16th i got a call from Justice Shamrock glass company in Lexington,Ky telling me they found ONE. I placed the order and went and picked it up on Thursday, my wife and me installed it over the weekend with one minor issue, the 30yr. old weatherstrip was falling apart! I get to go on a search for a weatherstrip that fits a kingcab, tons on the free mkt. for reg. cab trucks. "Never Ever Ends!!!!!!!!!
