1983 Datsun 200sx runs/then stalls

My 200sx starts and runs fine, then after about 4 miles it sputters and looses power. Sometime it keeps running but really crappy and sometimes it stalls out. Give it a little gas and it stalls. After about 15-20 minutes, it starts and runs fine. Any ideas?

I would start with the big three. Fuel, air and spark. Make sure it's getting enough air, make sure it's getting fuel and make sure it's getting spark. That should help you narrow it down from there.
