Did he honestly put "used to be new" on the list of things about the car? No s***, sherlock.

Also, how the hell is something like that road legal?

Interesting... i'd drive it if I had the money to throw away. The flame throwers are a bit over the top though

Jet engines work by moving air, right? Where does the air come in & go out?

QFT. I can imagine taking this to the inspection stations in MA. My maxima failed because I had a small crack on my corner lens.

its original. I would take it for the price, move the exhaust from the hood to the exhaust and get new wheels. I am torn, I want to like it but I need more information.

I'd prefer a newer one like one of these:

I can't believe the prices these guys are asking considering we used to sell them not long ago for less than half of what they're asking.

Of all the things to put a turbine engine in... he picks a 928.

It's not a "jet" engine. It's a turbine engine. Helicopters and a few tanks use them. They drive a gearbox just like a piston engine. The method of combustion and imparting work to the driveshaft is different.

Flames shoot through the hood? Not very original, my Skyline did that too. I approve though.

Save your cash and get a mini jet bike!

I call shens. That bike is making a lot of noise, but isn't going any where.

I think a turbine powered 928 is cool, but IMHO he has those flame stacks in the wrong place. It would be far nicer blasting out the back, like the ol' Batmobile.

928's do not garner much respect from porsche purists anyway, so why not use it as a subject car. I give it :bigthumb:

I like it... a lot.

I think the car is ugly as all get out, but it has a turbine engine. Reroute the pipes out the back of the car, and it is full of win.

I would daily drive the crap out of it.

I would also enjoy taking it to the dragstrip, if anything, to see the look of befuddlement by whomever is doing tech inspections, as well as to get the stares from people when you spool up the engine at the tree.
