I have an 80 kingcab, and I just put a re-built original in my truck and things are peachy. Great stopping and not much lock up. The wheel cylinders were replaced before I got it. I found it one day order from about four or five shops in town. I found a complete for like $120, and the basic piece (no reservoirs) I ended up getting for about $35 after core charge. Super easy with the two books I have. My kid even helped bleed the brakes.
I am curious as to why you want something different. And, no, I don't know what other ones may fit.
