[font="georgia"]71 you have a cool 521. Ive noticed a few things about it. 1st, do you need a tailgate? I have 1 if u want it. 2nd I see you have the official Datsun battery tie down...same as mine almost. 3rd I like the wood under the battery, i need to do that on my 65. 4th, what are those seats out of? they look good.

1st...I have a tailgate but could really use a better one..it is rusted really bad at the lower welds and that's why I usually have it off unless I need it on for hauling stuff...pm me with specifics!

2nd...yes, battery tie down...good old electric fence wire! (notice the battery charger connectors?)

3rd...Oak! lasts about 4-5 years before I had to replace it this last time...sucks up the acid really well! Oh, it's painted with with undercoat spray paint on the lower side so it doesn't soak thru !

4th...87 Astro Van! I'm going to have the headrests taken off when I have them recovered...they are super comfortable to me as I have taken a few long trips in them now and they worked really well!
