This is my 1965 L320.

I am in the process of converting it to electric.

156 volt, 1200 amp controller, AGM batteries.

With the 4.88 gears it should really be quick.

Wow, notice the circular front turn signals. Most 65's had the triangular shaped signals. Wonder how many other members had circular front signals>>>>>>>>>>>>

The 65 model year had the round front signals and a floor shift. The triangular 'pie slice' signal lenses are from the '64 model year.

Dennis, What is your projected budget for the conversion? Very nice BTW!

the cev kit is around ten grand.....I think this will be a long term project mayby never get done I mean I could put alot of miles on my truck to get a payback of the ten g,s but thats not the point right its for the "enviorment" right.

Texas is so tough on batteries with the heat,I don't know how long a set could be expected to last. It seems like you could stash a lot of batteries under the bed , and in the engine bay, and still have the bed clear to carry stuff.
