I have been searching everywhere for the hood emblem to my 63 truck (the painter threw away the original ones) If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

A little over halfway down. Just Ctrl+F and search for hood emblem.

Sounds to me like your painter should be the one searching, though.

Welcome Aboard. Give me a day or two to check one of my extra hoods, I might have an extra one. Don't know yet as I did remove one for my '64. If the other hood still has an emblem then I'll have an extra one for you.

These sometimes show up on eBay, though some have and outrageous price attached to them.

Post some pics when you can, we would all love to see them.
