I just purchased a parts catalog for a 1963 320 and hope to scan the pages and post at a later date. It is fairly comprehensive and in great shape. Since most of the parts are the same through the model years, the numbers should help all. Until I get it scanned, if you need a parts number post your need here and I'll look it up for you.

Yes and it appears to be pretty comprehensive.

I know we talked about the part number for the 521 clutch master cylinder and i got the number from that posting, I would like to get this number as well to see if there is some cross references i could find.

Don't quote me on this because this thing is written in Japanese and US and is really small writing. It describes A'ssy - cyl, clutch operatin #30620-02700 but does not identify that specific part on the diagram. I know some of the other guys here have manuals too so maybe we can get a cross check. You might also want to check the parts numbers I have already posted and see if you can find a match in that section. I'll look later tonight.

Matt, funny you should ask. I'm mailing the service manual, crash estimate manual and the parts manual off today to Mike to be scanned and put on a cd. Check his posts in the 521 area. Once enough have been sold we'll post the manuals on this site for use. I'll try to keep folks posted on progress.

Hi Ken,
Just to clarify......you can post your 320 manual to your site as soon as I send it to you.  The rest of the 521 stuff will be posted on another site once I've gotten reimbursed by way of the cd sales.

Of course, a lot of the info is interchangeable, so it's useful to even the 320 guys.  So, it would be great if some 320 guys actually bought the disc too.  The more people that buy the disc early on, the sooner it will be posted for free downloading.

Sure, if they wait long enough, they can get if for free, so basically, those that buy the cd will be helping the datsun community out of the goodness of their hearts :)   If lots of cd's sell, then it will be online in maybe 3 mo.....if not, it may take a year.  If by the year mark, I haven't gotten my money back, I'll still post it.

Mike, I'll wait to post until you have sold enough to cover cost. That being said I hope you'll post the 521 stuff here. Ken

I appreciate the offer to wait.  Hopefully, that will get the sales to the needed limit quickly.   As for having the 521 stuff on here....I think the other site was really hoping to have it exclusively........maybe they'll settle for a delay of the 521 stuff.   There's a lot of things going on with all this and it's getting way bigger than I'd originally planned.  I'll be glad when it's all over.   I think it will all work out, just caught in the crosshairs of trying to please everyone.

How thick is the parts manual you are sending?  I was only planning on the factory manual.  Since I have to have it copied before I have it scanned, it's going to run at least double the $'s (depending on how thick it is) I was planning on.  I reread this thread and see that you were talking about the parts manual....so it's more of an oversight on my part.   Not really a problem and it will be nice to have all that info scanned now, rather than trying to get it done later.  I'm hoping to one day own a NL320, but I guess I'll have a need for it at some point.  Anyway......
