190K engine. Which parts of chain components are worn out?

I am going to install 190K 02 Maxima 3.5 engine. Tomorrow I'll remove chain cover to check chain components. Which ones wear out, which ones don't?
how long do water pumps last?
Any suggestions before I install engine? I got it very cheap, I'll use it in 04 Murano.
I checked compression:
paper towel plugs were shooting from spark plug pipes.
Compression in all cylinders was about 2-3 feet of plug flying distance.

if you are planning on doing timing chain replacement replace all related components. guides, tensioners, and chain.

Water pump will only be a small cost in the repair
Need to get a new one
with new o rings as well
i would only go with OEM on everything

Might want someone to look at the crank and cam gears
which turn the chains to be sure they are ok

Are you jacking the engine up or removing it?
