I can get 2 rims with a +45mm offset, and 2 wtih a +25mm offset. Throw the 45mm offset rims on the front, and the 25mm offsets onto the rears? Or just go with the same offset all the way around?

I am thinking:

255/35/19's on the fronts and285/35/19's on the back

What do you guys think?? What combo? Spacers?

are you gonna get staggered or same size for all 4 corners? I'd say 25 offset will be fine. 45 is too conservative.
