19 Rogue SV selling value

Got in the mail from the Nissan dealer where we basically "stole" our 19 Rogue from (great cash deal, but not the best deal we had). They are claiming to pay us $30k for the vehicle, which would lead us a couple grand in profit. Question is would they actually pay this much for the vehicle with these conditions/facts:
1) Has less than 18k miles on odo
2) Minor damage reported to carfax
3) Up to date service history
4) No dents or scratches at all
5) Options included: Cross-bars, fog lights, Premium package

Or what do you guys think the actual value of it is?

Sounds low. We just repaired a rat-infested '17 S with 17K on the odo that was in pristine shape otherwise, trade-in book was a bit over $20K. Two years newer and an SV with options, I think they're low-balling you.

I think that too, but then I just did a quick Car Gurus search and KBB value search. Both were literally close to what the dealer was asking. Now, if one could sell us a 2021 Rogue SV w/ Premium package or 2021 Rogue SL for the same price, this would actually help us car enthusiasts to say that cars are appreciating assets.
