You won't have any problems with them. I don't think you need to alter anything unless you're running aggressive offsets and on coils.

Do the rear wheels have a deeper lip or anything? I'd advise against a staggered set. You're obviously not helping traction on a FWD car and if there is no visible difference in the wheel then you aren't helping looks either. You're just making tire rotations impossible and tires much more expensive.

I'd actually advise against a staggered set on any car that can't benefit from it traction-wise, but it's your car and a deeper rear lip does look good.

The bad thing about TE's and other concave wheels is that when you go with a high offset like that, there is very little to no concavity. But man does that finish look good

If you have some questions about fitment concepts, (thinking about how to go about choosing tires and stuff) check out this writeup I did: post6343335.html#p6343335

If you have to ask for others' opinions on whether or not you should spend 3gs on wheels you prob shouldn't buy them. Just take your time and find something that you unquestionably like

Eh I personally wouldn't spend 3k on them. If I were looking to put a few grand into a six speed 3.5 I'd be looking at a turbo setup. You could get a nice set of forged wheels for much cheaper than that.

I think you could spend three thousand a little more wisely than on a set of rims bud! And honestly I'm not really a fan of those.

Yeah man like I said, your car. I just think those wheels are a total waste of money on a FWD car. They are made for performance, the rears are wider, and in my opinion they don't even look that good. By the time you have the wheels and new tires on your car you would have spent over four thousand bucks. That's a lot to spend on shoes for an Altima.

I'm not trying to talk you out of pulling the trigger on them, just making sure you've looked at tons of wheels and finally decided on these. Like I said, you could get some quality, forged, lightweight wheels and still save yourself a thousand bucks or more.

Didn't you just get some new wheels and tires? Now you're on the market for a new set over $3K? Crazy, more power to you.

To answer your question, with those wheel specs, nothing would need to be altered fender wise, if you have springs. But with coils, the possibility of rolling/pulling your fender will be a must. Our rears can handle about a 9.5R with a +35 offset or a little bit less, without fender rolling. Either that, or some good amount of camber.

Personally, from the build I see on your car, I would slap 1g on some coils, about another 1.5g's on some reps, like varrstoens.
Plus imho, I think tenzo's aren't even too great. They look funky. And black on black, the rims look too much like steelies. But hey, just my .2
Other than that, those rays look sick. I think they would super good on your car.

Don't buy these. Idk if you care about concavity now or not but you will. Buying my Varrstoen es 2.2.2 was a huge regret. You get no concavity out of the wheels and these wheels look best when the centers are concaved, not flat.

Image

Notice the nicely concaved wheel on the left compared to yours that have flat or even convexed/raised centers. Just trying to help because I didn't really notice this until after I bought mine and everyone else around me had a nice amount of concavity lol. Luckily I didn't spend 3gs on mine =p

Yeah I understand, the Te37 time atttack are sick rims, they fit my style. But i get what you mean, The lip Is what makes it sick, The normal Te37 rims are kinda nice to, theyd go with my blue theme too

Sorry my concave vs convex link wasn't working.

Yeah sometimes I really like the polished lip, other times I don't. But you can get concaved ones with polished lips too if you get the right offset. But TE's aren't really a wheel people go with for the lip. Kinda like how people don't consider the lip in RPF1's when purchasing

I'm not sure actually. I think like +22 on a 9.5 is the highest you can go before you lose concavity and the wheel starts to become convex. I'm not sure about what offset produces the concave effect on 8.5's or on 10.5's

THIS STUFF IS TOO CONFUSING SOMETIMES but I was thinking a 22 offset as well bro

You also have to keep in mind. That if you plan on running a low offset with no camber, your wheel may be sticking out a bit.

I just have to ask.. what is it about a wheel that could jack the cost up to 800 dollars a piece??
