If you do a search, you will see why "All-Season" tires are pretty much an euphemism for "neither good in summer, nor in snow".
So, if you really are going to spend money on 19" Sport wheels, then I would strongly recommend spending some more money on cheaper 17 or 18" wheels (or using the ones you now have!) and putting good snow tires on during the snow and winter. Even if your car is AWD.
I lived in New England many, many years, and can recommend using snow tires in that area quite easily ... with personal experience of what happens if you do not!
