Long story short i rain in to a set or rims a friend has 19 by 10.5 with +22 offset how hard will it be to make them fit. Ive also been looking at full coilovers and kinda stuck anyone ever use d2 or should i spend a little more for some tenz. Ive seen d2 one cars in magazines but my friend picked up a 240 with d2 that was setting 2+ years...... well it was a back braker but may not be set right

19" wheels are better suited for 350'z imo they just look to big on the z32. That said your size up front will be alot of work to fit and the rear will take some work as well, rolled fenders, camber, stretch etc. As for coilovers stay away from the ebay junk. Look into powertrix ss coils if your on a budget.

"wheels"
If you bought rims, you'd be disappointed, as you would be lacking a barrel to hold the air, and a hub and spokes with which to hold the wheel to the car.

That being said, 19's are big. They can look right on the rear, but the fronts will be noticeably oversized.
