Okay, first off I have a s13 coupe, and want to go with the 18x9+15 mb motorsport wheels all around. Yes I plan on getting the fenders rolled, but the question I have is about the front. What can I do in order to prevent or minimize rubbing. Thank you guys in advance.

roll the fenders, dial in some decent camber. fyi, for the fronts, your better off taking the fender off to roll them.

^ never heard off taking the fender off. How would you roll it without it mounted on the car?

Are you looking at the MB Weapon?

For a simple roll in front, there are 2 options that come to mind:

1) take the fenders off & "roll" them, like adrian_s13 said. You can do this w/ a shoe & hammer. Sounds ghetto? yes. Works? yes. Most people do this method because it's easy & cheap & works.

2) You can use a fender roller, like for the rear. The only thing is that the front is very flimsy, so you have to be careful & put some force on the outside opposite of where you roll to keep things under control. Heating up the fender area in front helps significantly w/ ease of rolling (and helping prevent paint cracks). I've done the front fenders this way on one car so far, works pretty good.

Check out my fender rolling/flaring tutorial for the general process .

The fender lip isnt the only thing you should be worried about. Youre going to need to remove the plastic fender linings, and most likely relocate the wiring harness thats up there. Depending on how low your car is, you might need to hammer up the seam in the fender due to the large diameters of the wheel. Naed240sx could enlighten you with the details of that process.

Yeah the plastic pieces are gone, and I relocated the harness higher. Thanks alot for the info, I think i am going to try the shoe and hammer method.

it actually works better doing the fronts off the car, so thatd be your best bet there
