18x8 +42 vs 18x7.5 +45

So was doing my research but i couldn't find a definitive answer.

Which rim size would be better? 18x7.5 or 18x8

I know the 18x7.5 are the OEM size but will the 18x8 ride better because its wider?

Also will 235/45/18 fit both sizes?

oh and cant go 19 unfortunately :frown:

18x8 +42 definitely will look better. And yes, that tire size will fit either sizes

I would do 15mm spacers front and 20mm rears.
