dose any one know were I can get a manifold to bolt up a 18G or any DSM turbo to a SR?Does anyone have a 18 or 20G on there car if so can you post sum pics thanks.

it will probably need to be custom made. anything other than a t2 or t3 flange will probably need to be made.

Agreed I have not seen any manifold for sale that don't come with a t2 or t3 flange, but I'm sure anyone could weld an 18g flange on for you. Check with JGY customs (http://www.jgycustoms.com) I'm almomst positive they would do it for you.

Buy regular manifold, cut off old flange, weld on mitsubishi TD05 flange, end of story :)

I'd probably use a top-mount manifold as a starting point...a TD05 exhaust housing is fairly large and may have some clearance issues in a bottom-mount (stock) configuration.

Out of curiosity, why an 18G (or other mitsu turbo). There are plenty of good solutions for the same price available with a T2/T3 flange, and you'd avoid having to do the custom work.

Well I have a greddy td05 18g turbo that came off a turbo kit for 2000 civic si. It bolted up to the t25 flange with no problem. I had to rotate the compressor side a little and make my own custom down pipe because the down pipe was setup for a ff civic. Here are some pics .

darksideracer,

what hp numbers are u gettin with that turbo bcz i have a 18g off of a integra kit which i might want to try....also what did you do about the wastegate mounting braket when u rotated tha housing

Just get a T3 flanged manifold and run a GMC Syclone or Typhoon 17C. Which can be upgraded to a 20g, good for 450-550hp. I've seen this done and very good numbers produced on DSM's. The 17C is good for around the 300-400hp mark.

It's on a CA not an SR but I thought it might give you and idea.
