It's a pack with 7x17ET38 (front) & 9x17ET35 (rear).

It's ok for the front, but I think the rear should be "just" !

What you'd like to say with this sentence "It will also be very sunken and look like absolute feces." I'm french and I don't understand

It means that setup will NOT look good. You could spend nearly the same amount of cash on a better fitting setup.

When we say that a wheel is 'sunken', it means that the wheel is recessed into the wheelwell as if it were hiding from the sun...

The goal is a get wheels that are 'flush' or even with your fenders without needing spacers. To do this, you will need lower offsets. Also, the S13 can fit wheels the are 10 inches wide up front and 11 inches wide in the rear. Why would you want to settle for 7 inch wide wheels on your car? A wider stance means better handling.
