180sx weird wiring issue

First off i have 96 180sx. Its mostly stock. I installed Defi CR gauges, FMIC, and HKS BOV. Here is the issue im having. Its very strange with the key in the ignition and power on i dont get anything at all. I still dont get anything after i start the car. The ignition itself works fine. Nothing else works in the Interior of the car at all except the gauges i put in. I dont get windshield wipers, radio, nothing in the dash works,no RPM, no speed, no horn, headlights dont pop up, no turn signal, no clock, no cigarette lighter nothing. Here is the kicker most of the time when i rev my engine up to im guessing since it doesnt work 3,000rpm everything comes on and works besides the stereo. Its a stock stereo so i dont think anyone had an amp wire on it. Ive checked the fuses they all look good. The only thing i found that was an issue was the power wire that comes off of the battery that goes to the fuse box i could move that and the engine would shut off. I charged the battery and that doesnt happen now. Thanks if anyone has an idea where i can start. Again Thanks
