180sx kouki tails cost?

For those of you who have been around the 240sx scene for the last several years, how much did 180sx kouki tail lights w/center pieces cost back in the year 2000? I tried a search but I don't think this site has been around that long.

I don't recall them being any cheaper than $300 for the set, it has definitely risen over the years. Have you tried http://www.raceonusa.com to see if they have anything? Only way i think you can manage to get them at $300 or less is if you found someone in Japan auctioning them off, but the shipping will still be expensive.

When I was in high school around 2001 there was this arcade that had a lot of japenese arcade games and had a counter that sold drift dvd's japenese games and sometimes electronics and body parts.

I remember that was the first time I saw kouki tails and it was selling for 250.

I've seen them for as high as $550.00.
