So I am looking all over the place for kouki aero and the prices are all over the board. Just wondering where you got it... how much you paid... and how sketchy the purchase was (were you confident it was oem or were you afraid some frp pos would show up at your door)

good prices too! my only fear is that I will order some stuff and it will be on backorder for 6 months... I have heard of this happening from nismoparts.com and it looks like nissanparts.cc is basically the same. What do you think? will I have to wait 6 months or do they get shipments regularly?

To me, it's not the aero parts, it's so time cosuming to locate all the small parts such as brackets, position lights, blinkers, side bumper extensions, lips...etc. But, when it's done, it looks really good though. I'd have done it log time ago, but somehow it doesn't look good on a vert.

You won't have that happen with Russell... you can shoot him a PM on Zilvia and he will tell you same day what is in stock and what is not. I had the same experience with nismoparts.com- waited 2 months and never got responses to my questions, so I cancelled the order. I have bought a lot of stuff from Russell because he is willing to make a deal on some things and always tells me what is in stock.

I know that as of last Thursday he had everything for the kouki 180sx front in stock except for the actual bumper and emblem- waiting for word on when he might have more in stock.

yes i got my front bumper, extension, and bracket from him. very helpful , easy to reach by phone, and good prices.

it took 2 weeks to get my front bumper and 4 days to get the extensions so he is pretty quick.

i think total parts including shipping for me was about $1650 with taillights and front lip. keep in mind new front bumper frp lip used everything else.

i paid more for most of my stuff but that was 3 years ago. i think i'm going to sell everything but the sideskirts since i will take a huge hit selling them for the going rate. i might keep the wing unless the price is right

hm... just dawned on me there are bumper lights and blinkers... do the bumper lights blink? or do I have to have all four lights?

a lot of people will get the bumper lights and wire them to blink. the "legit" way to do it is to wire the turn signals to blink and the bumper lights just to be running lights

Yes too many people wire up the running lights as turn signals. Then I have to go back and fixem when i tell them i have the real turn signals

This website says that you need bumper extensions and side extensions and bumper support extensions to run a 180sx kouki bumper. Is that true cuz Ive never seen anyone talk about them?

you NEED the brackets to mount it the support isnt needed but it helps and you only need the extensions for it to look complete
