180sx in the US?

I came across this while searching on ebay. How did they get a 180sx past customs and able to sell it in the US? Here is the exact page.

I know, I know, everyone is tired of everyone else sharing their searches on ebay with the rest of this forum but I just wanted to know how they were able to get and KEEP the car in the US.

YOu just buy it like a regular car, and you can even title the car in Canada and get canadian plates. Its not to complicated. I will have to ask him exactly what to do, he works at a car dealership and nows more about titling and registering a car. But its just like buying a used car here in the states.

i never knew they had the 180sx in canada...its turbo and all? i thought nissan left out north america when they had the turbo motors...but thats just me
