180sx Hvac controls into a 240sx

I was wondering how hard is it to swap out the hvac controls from a 180 to a 240 what is needed besides the control panel ? I did a search and came up with nothing id appreciate the help is this enough or is more needed?

Im not to sure but i wanna say that heavy throttle can do something for ya but not sure.

first off you dont have all the parts to do it and second not one person that i know of got the wiring 100% yet!

edit before you ask "what parts am i missing" there is some sensors that are on the jdm dash harness and some wires that go to the compressor under the dash you need the whole jdm dash harness!

I have it in my car. You need the harness below. You also need all the sensors and the heater door motor. Basically if thats all you have its not enough. There is a way to install it using mostly USDM parts, the thread is somewhere on this forum. But if you have the JDM parts it only takes about 3 hours to do and that includes removing the dash and the doing the wiring.

where did you get the whole harness? I really want that I dont have a/c I just have heat
