180sx; HELP

Sup, I'm new to the community and have a pressing question. I want to get a 180sx like REALLY bad.. I've found a couple of them on eBay and in a couple of classified adds for reasonable prices. My only problem is how in the heck am I'm going to register the thing once I get it? I've heard of people registering them as 240's and getting away with it. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Oh by the way, I live in the most unforgiving car state in the US... California

yeah California sucks for mtorists I'd settle with a USDM 240 and turn it into a replica but you may not like that

From what I have heard, the only way to pull it off is to know the right people and have plenty of cash to grease some palms. Other than that, it's next to impossible.

seriously it will probaly be easier to get a U.S. 240 and work on conveting that. goodluck on whatever you do
