Will the 180sx gauge cluster work on a regular 240sx with the ka24de, or does it only work with the sr20det?

Only with the SR20, different singlaes for the speedometer, and the tachometer. Different redline too.

Can be used on ka24de also, just have to becareful because the jdm tach redlines at 7500 rpm which the ka doesn't have it that high.

Wouldnt the Redline stay the same just the visual redline would be different?

Yes. The tach would say 7500, but the ECU would still say 7000.

If you want KM/H, you need the JDM speed sensor, which will work.

Otherwise, yeah, it will work.
