Quick question, with the 180SX front brake set up, is it...

1st gen altima rotors and 1996 maxima pads?

or

1st gen altima rotors and 1989 maxima pads?

Thanks,- Treyz

Hmm, what about calipers? And Treyz, take a picture of it behind a wheel when you're done. I'd like to see how that looks.

Yes, as u notice in the first pics that the TC rod bushing is popped out. So that's the next repair on the list.

In a way yes but they also came on Kouki 180SX in Japan and in my case, a 1997 240SX.

A friend of mine felt bad that I havent gotten rims yet so he told me to "borrow" his stock alloys. I just told him as long as I can paint them. He said no but finally i got the answer, "as long as u don't make 'em look like crap." :D

hmmm off hand i dunno. The popular upgrade done is the 300ZX Z32 upgrade. They're larger than these and i believe 2 piston(?). But basically thats if ur doing the 5 lug swap also.

You can use the calipers from an 89 maxima. The only problem is that the clip for the brake line doesn;t match up, so you have to find other ways to attach it to the strut.(easily done)

I never followed up on brake upgrades... wasn't planning on doing it unless it wasa manufacturer... but then these came up so i jumped on them.
