i just converted the s14 silvia 180km to 180mph spedometer and took it to the highway with my GPS navigation device and it's dead on. this is an easy mod if you have a sodering tool. here's a couple pictures snap with my cell phone before i went for a drive.

Worked pretty well when i did it for my s13 cluster. Is it adding a resister and adjusting a pot on the s14 one, or is it soldering pads?

the s14 only need to modify the back of the circuit board. the s13 need a resistor soldered.

im in the middle of doing one and i was wondering doing adj 4,6,7,8 made it dead on accurate? but i also have to adjust the tach on my jdm cluster to read the RB tach signal but other then that my usdm speedo work dead on so im sure it should still read fine.

Nice conversion. my local part guy here in Australia gets the Nismo speedo's here in Australia every now and then. Are they popular there?

I'm looking for an easy way to make the R33 cluster read 180 mph instead of kph... I just have been lazy

these conversions are pretty cool, and look simple to do but

my question is when you convert one to read the km in mph, does it also cause the odometer and trip odometer to read mph also?
