18 x 9.5 +30 4h x 114.3 Would these work for a front wheel on a s14

I was lookin for some wheels came across the Rota P45 and they have a front wheel fitment P45f and a rear wheel fitment p45r.

I always liked the concave looked on all four wheels.

Just wondering if the using the rear offset pattern on the front would be possible? Any difference in clearance with 4 lug compared to 5 lug?

I have a base model with the 4 x 114 bolt pattern so my offsets are limited
