Will 18" Wheels from an 04 Nissan 350 work on my 92 Q45? If so, would I need to purchase adapters/spaces? Will it affect performance? I know very little about wheels , so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Should fit great. Many have used them. I have 17" wheels from a 350z and have plenty of room. No spacers.

Need to know which ones specifically, but suffice it to say Wes and I both at some point in time ran the Rays Engineering 6 spoke forged "Track" wheels on our Q's. And others have had the "rounded 6 spoke" design as well.

Are you lowered?
